Online Registration is now opened. This will be a paperless meeting. As part of the registration process, you will need to agree that you will either bring an electronic device or indicate that you understand there will be limitations to your participation if you do not bring a device. Make sure that you include yourself when you are registering for any tours and events including the Welcome and Farewell Receptions.

About the Accommodation
The first day of the meeting is Friday, July 10, 2026. The ULC group rate will be available until June 22, 2026, or until the room block is full. The general session, all business meetings, and most events will take place at the Intercontinental.
Hotel: Intercontinental Chicago Magnificent Mile
The Intercontinental is a luxury hotel on the Magnificent Mile that boasts a rich history. Your stay at the hotel will be complete with elegant hotel rooms, fine dining, and a beautiful historic pool. The Intercontinental is walking distance from many attractions, museums, high-end shopping, and world class restaurants.
ULC's block has rooms in both the Grand Tower and the Executive Tower. Both room types are well-appointed luxury rooms. The Executive Tower Rooms are slightly larger and the Grand Tower Rooms are newer, with a more contemporary design. Layouts for Executive Tower may vary due to variances of square footage for each room.
Room types are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the group rate of $249 + tax (Grand) or $269 + tax (Executive). Maximum occupancy in the Grand Tower King is 2 adults, and 3 adults in the Executive Tower King. Children don't need to be included when selecting the number of guests per room.
