Annual Meeting

Overview

Commissioners are duty-bound to attend the annual meeting. The focus of the meeting is the review and improvement of legislation drafted during the preceding year. Newly drafted legislation is read line-by-line and debated on the floor during the general session that meets daily, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. It is common that spouses and families of the working Commissioners, advisors, and observers to active drafting committees also attend.

The Annual Meeting will take place July 12, 2019 to July 18, 2019.
