Annual Meeting 2023

Annual Meeting 2023

Honolulu, HI

Overview

Each year commissioners gather to review and debate draft acts. Proposed legislation is read line-by-line and discussed on the floor during the General Sessions that meet daily. While commissioners are duty-bound to attend annual meetings, it is common that spouses and families also attend. Although much work is accomplished during annual meetings, it is also a time to renew friendships and enjoy the surrounding venues.

Covid-19 Information: As of 4/11/23 there are no city-wide mask or vaccine mandates for indoor venues or meetings and the national emergency and public health emergency declarations related to the COVID-19 pandemic are set to end on May 11, 2023.

The ULC plans to follow any state and local public health mandates in place at the time of the meeting, and attendees will be required to abide by any restrictions or mandates in place at the time of the meeting. We will inform attendees of any changes in requirements.

Please note: A few venues throughout the city may have their own vaccine or mask requirements, so please be aware of this possibility and plan accordingly.

You can stay up-to-date on current Covid-19 requirements and news here.

The ULC Annual Meeting will take place in Honolulu, HI, July 21, 2023 to July 27, 2023.
